History
Mediocracy was formed in April of 2007. The guild was founded by Tassi, Beats, and a handful of leftover people from the guild Perdition. The guild originally consisted of approximately 15 level 70 players. Within 5-6 weeks, Medio had enough level 70's to clear Karazhan with 2 groups and soon killed Gruul and Magtheridon. Upon starting SSC, Medio averaged 1 new boss kill each week and soon caught up to the other raiding guilds in terms of progression and got the second Lady Vashj kill on Anetheron. After losing some players and struggling with recruitment, we picked up a few key players from the recently disbanded Apocolypse and Incinerate. Shortly after these additions, Medio began the first in a long series of Anetheron realm first kills by downing pre-nerf Kael'thas.
Accomplishments:
Mediocracy has maintained a raid schedule of 2-3 raid days per week since it's inception. After some new guild growing pains, Medio began a long string of realm first boss kills in September of 2007 including:
Kael'thas, Rage Winterchill, Anetheron, Kaz'rogal, Azgalor, Archimonde, High Warlord Naj'entus, Supremus, Shade of Akama, Teron Gorefiend, Gurtogg Bloodboil, Reliquary of Souls, Mother Shahraz, Illidari Council, Illidan Stormrage, Kalecgos, Brutallus, Felmyst, Eredar Twins, M'uru(post-nerf), Kil'jaeden(post-nerf).

In Wrath of the Lich King, Medio has accomplished realm firsts of all 10 and 25 man raid content up to and world 2nd kill of hardmode Jarraxxus. Our Tribute to Mad Skill for ToGC was the US 37th kill. Additionally, various guild members have achieved alot of various realm first achievements which can be tracked on this Armory page.
